Hi, I'm Jen.
This is My Story.
I grew up in a small, rural town in central Pennsylvania. I moved out West to Arizona to attend college and obtained a degree in psychology at Arizona State University. I always felt a deep connection with people and intuitively knew that one day I would help others with their own inner struggles. First, I had to work through my own.
I met my husband while in college and later moved to California, then had my first son in 2005. After having my second son in 2008, I left my corporate job to be a stay-at-home Mom for the next 15 years. Throughout the time raising my children, I felt a profound purpose in staying home with them. At the same time, I struggled with depression and anxiety. I tried medication for many years and suffered from side effects and the ineffectiveness of the pharmaceuticals I was taking. After losing my father to cancer in 2015, I felt that I had hit rock bottom from grief.
In 2019, I went through a spiritual awakening and started on the path of improving my life. I began practicing several modalities for my mental health such as Sound Healing, Breathwork, Talk Therapy, Spiritual Workshops, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and many more self-exploration methods and modalities. I also had the opportunity to travel abroad to attend many life-changing retreats in which I discovered my true self even more. I attribute a lot of my positive life transitions to integrating Plant Medicine journeys and obtaining certifications and training in Spiritual Life Coaching, Transcendental Meditation, and Trauma-Informed Embodied Breathwork Facilitator Training.
I pride myself on the opportunity to help others discover peace and happiness, self-love, and self-discovery. It has become my life's work which I continue to heal and grow with.
"Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn, or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.”
-Denis Waitley
She was very intuitive and allowed me to be open to the feelings that were showing up. Jen made me feel like I was in a safe space and allowed me to work through what came up for me. Thank you, Jen!”
